Fantastic accommodation and food. I booked B&B and dined there both evenings. Very friendly and accommodating. Very clean, tastefully decorated and excellent food. I would recommend this hotel again. Good location for pier and the shops. good base for visiting the broads. A great value for money hotel.

    Very good

The hotel was clean and the service good. We were greeted with a comlimentary pot of tea and made to feel welcome throughout our stay. The restaurant food was excellent with a 10% discount offered.

    Fabulous

I thought tht Great Yarmouth was terrible and very diappointing, but there was lots to see in the surrounding area. The hotel was very good and Stuart a charming host and very good cook. The food was freshly cooked and excellent. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Very friendly staff, well appointed room, good breakfast,

I would have preferred breakfast to have been a little earlier on the Sunday but that's being very picky

Absolutely loved the place, loved the room, breakfasts and had a fantastic home cooked evening meal. Hotel has a great location being close to the beach and the town centre. We cannot praise this little gem more highly.

Tentative owners who looked after all our requirements. Good accommodation and breakfast provided. The website actually reflects what the rooms are like.

The proprietor, Stuart, ensured a warm welcome, and everything was provided to a very high standard. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was freshly prepared and the service was excellent. All terrific value for money. I will be returning.

Finding the hotel was difficult as the sat nav took me to the entrance to the car park at the rear, with no sign to the hotel. Stuart sorted everything when I rang for directions.

All very clean and Stewart was a top bloke

The Bromley was central to beach, shops, amusements, restaurants etc. All were within a few minutes walk. The owners of the hotel were charming and nothing was too much trouble for them. On our request a car parking place was kept and fresh milk put on the tray in our bedroom, we were even given a couple of complimentary bottles of water and had the use of a fan. Breakfast and evening meal (if desired) were well cooked, well presented and tasty. In all it was a delightful stay.

This is not a criticism of the Bromley, but our room, which was the basic double, was up four flights of very narrow stairs. Had we known the slightly more expensive rooms were lower down - we would probably have paid the little extra and booked one of these. Having said that, it was not a problem to us and by no means has put us off going back sometime.

only one complaint lack of toiletries in bathroom having stayed at many hotels the shower gel and shampoo were not replenished as we did not take any of these items we had to buy these.
